As the Gleaner points out, Gibbons hasn't taken a major interest in this (as evidenced by his appointment of a pro-Yucca member of the oversight board) and is now "outraged" he's been left out. Fellow Republican John Ensign could have invited him to speak, might we wonder why he didn't?
